The Redesign

The redesign was made by an unknown individual, likely an LGBTA Wiki user, on or before August 22, 2020.5 The flag was first posted to the LGBTA Wiki on that date by user Mew-ltiverse, however it was attributed to Mason, the creator of the original flag. It was removed later on October 25, by user Elderflowerjuice,6 along with any mention of any flag creator, Mason or otherwise.7

The same flag, though with a better aspect ratio was reuploaded to the Wiki by user CrystalOwl on February 6, 2022.8 The flag was attributed to the user who reuploaded it and was claimed to have been made, not cleaned up, altered, or anything of the sort, on that date. With said readdition, the flag's meaning is said to be

"The pastel colors represent those often found in kawaiicore images. The colors were put in rainbow order and, while this was not intentional, is a reference to the rainbow flag that represents the whole LGBTQIA+ community."9

however, the lack of clarity on who created the flag and the blatant misinformation on the date also draws this being the legitimate meaning into question. Due to that, we will not be making any definitive claims on the meaning of this flag, who created it, or when exactly it was created.
