Gamegender is an umbrella term defined as "A gender only felt when playing video games, or in some way connected to video games. The label can be altered to be a specific game (ex: “simgender”, “portalgender”, etc.)."1

It was redefined as "a xenogender that feels connected/euphoric to games, or can only be felt when playing games/a specific game. Originally this was more of an umbrella term for video games however it can match real life games too."2

It was redefined again as "a xenogender, or group of xenogenders, that feel connected to games, or are only felt when playing games. Originally this was an umbrella term for video games however it can also be used for real life games too. It may be used as a gender on it's own for when one's gender is connected to or affected by games in general. It may also be used as an umbrella term for genders connected to or affected by specific games (ex: “simgender”, “portalgender”, etc.)."3
