-cenic

Name(s) and Definition(s)

-cenic is a Neogender suffix defined as "a suffix that one can use to denote that something is central to, at the heart of, or otherwise part of a gender. basically, this suffix can be used for whatever you want! i wanted this suffix to be/do a few things: short and sweet, like -coric; easy to pronounce, like -coric; and evoke similar imagery to -coric. -cenic is the same number of letters and syllables, is pronounced as β€˜sen-ick’, and is derived from the word β€˜center’, since the core of something is its center!
i’ll give an example of three different gender experiences - one which -coric can be used for, one which -aesic can be used for, and one which -cenic can be used for:
1. your gender is related to dollcore. this can be called dollcoric!
2. your gender is aesthetically related to dolls in some way, but not the dollcore aesthetic specifically. this can be called dollaesic!
3. your gender is related to dolls in literally any other way. this can be called dollcenic!
basically, use this suffix for literally anything you want."1
