Flag Meaning: The pink & blue gradients on each side of the flag represent a journey through/the inclusion of masculine & feminine identities. The purple is meant to be a mix of both masc and fem. The black in the middle represents a connection to the wider, genderless universe.
The eight-pointed star is a symbol of balance (much like the yinyang), between light and dark, masc and fem, etc. And the star in the middle represents the point where those of this gender identity exist: both beyond and among the balance of these energies.

Name(s) and Definition(s)

Astralgender is an Astronogender and Mythogender defined as "a transcendant identity that is neither masculine nor feminine, but is simultaneously both and neither.1 […] Those of this identity recognize that the soul has no gender; on the Astral Plane, the soul exists apart from the body, and thus isn't bound to gender. I belong to the universe; I am masc, I am fem, I am both and I am neither all at once."2
